Our Team

Melanie Buchanan

Mel is a senior reward and HR professional with 30 years of experience across a variety of sectors including FMCG, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Oil, Retail, Talent Acquisition, Business Solutions, Aviation, Construction, Automotive Distribution, Engineering, Charities and Public Sector. Mel has operated in highly regulated environments and has a passion and enthusiasm for reward & HR as well as drive, integrity and high standards. Her other passions are skiing, running and hiking.

David Buchanan

Having spent much of his 35 year career in the Defence industry, Dave is our analytical guru. Often working behind the scenes, he has a degree in Mathematics, is an expert in Excel and specialises in database development and analysis. His other passions are wargaming, skiing and hiking preferably in the mountains.
